Check-in & Check-out Dashboard

Custom operations dashboard built from scratch with Cloudflare Workers. Pulls live reservation data from Stays API, displays upcoming arrivals by date, tracks form and key status per reservation, and includes a full detail modal, replacing the cluttered native platform view used by the ops team daily.

Bulk Pricing Automation Tool

Python + Cloudflare Workers web app that fetches all listings from Stays API, applies configurable season indexes and discount rules, and bulk-updates pricing in one action. Includes a full pricing rules editor per season, region, and stay length.

Google Drive Gallery Widget

Embeddable internal tool for browsing all listing folders. Mosaic and grid views, room-by-room photo filtering, folder create/rename/delete, and file upload. Powered by Google Drive API and Cloudflare Workers with Google OAuth.

About

I started on the operations floor, checking in guests, doing property inspections, onboarding new apartments. That gave me a ground-level understanding of every workflow in the business.

Over time I became the person who builds the infrastructure everyone else relies on. I identify broken processes and replace them with systems that actually work, connected tables, automated flows, purpose-built dashboards.

I work with no-code platforms, REST APIs, Cloudflare Workers, and AI-assisted development. I redesign how work gets done, then measure what changed.

Currently expanding into LLM API integration and AI-powered automation, building on a foundation of real production systems.
