About

I started on the operations floor — checking in guests, doing property inspections, onboarding new apartments. That gave me a ground-level understanding of every workflow in the business.

Over time I became the person who builds the infrastructure everyone else relies on. I identify broken processes and replace them with systems that actually work — connected tables, automated flows, purpose-built dashboards.

I work with no-code platforms, REST APIs, Cloudflare Workers, and AI-assisted development. I don't just automate tasks — I redesign how work gets done, then measure what changed.

Currently expanding into LLM API integration and AI-powered automation, building on a foundation of real production systems.

Check-in & Check-out Dashboard

Custom operations dashboard built from scratch with Cloudflare Workers. Pulls live reservation data from Stays API, displays upcoming arrivals by date, tracks form and key status per reservation, and includes a full detail modal — replacing the cluttered native platform view used by the ops team daily.

Replaced WhatsApp coordination with a structured pipeline: reservations auto-trigger tasks, 44 cleaners submit photo forms per room, ops reviews damage reports in a kanban board. Connected 5+ tables and multiple automation flows.
